Job summary

SSR Mining Inc. is seeking a Contracts Administrator for its Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mine in Colorado. You will manage contracts across their lifecycle, support governance, and ensure compliance while coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Finance teams to meet safety, reliability, and cost objectives.

The role requires 5–10 years of contract management experience in mining or related industries, with strong CLM/ERP skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in contract administration/management, procurement, sourcing, or commercial administration within mining, construction, heavy industrial operations, manufacturing, oil & gas, or a related industry.
• Experience administering service, maintenance, construction, and supply contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and end-to-end Demand-to-Delivery (D2D) processes.
• Experience coordinating RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, bid evaluations, procurement plans, contract registers, and related documentation.
• Experience with supplier KPIs, scorecards, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and supplier performance programs.
• Strong knowledge of commercial terms, contract administration, procurement practices, and risk management.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts throughout the entire contract lifecycle, including creation, execution, amendment, renewal, extension, and closeout.
• Maintain and manage the site's Contract Register and CLM documentation, ensuring contract records are accurate, current, and audit-ready.
• Track contract milestones, deliverables, expirations, renewal dates, change orders, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate contract execution, approvals, routing, and document retention requirements.
• Ensure contract compliance with company policies, procedures, delegated authorities, and applicable regulations.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating contractual and commercial risks.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining complete contract documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders regarding contract administration processes and requirements.
