Qualifications

• HS/GED with minimum 3 years in federal mining claim administration and adjudication.
• Experience with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams, MS SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Process backlogged mining claim tasks, quit claim deeds, small miner's waivers, annual maintenance fees, NOITL, and mining claim forfeiture letters.
• Train new full-time BLM employees as part of the project.
• Answer calls from the public and provide information on mining claim processes.
• Assist with processing of critical minerals related work as outlined in the program.
