HS/GED Degree with minimum additional experience of 3 year(s) in Federal Mining claim administration and adjudication
This project will facilitate the timely processing and adjudication of backlogged work for mining claims, quit claim deeds, small miner's waivers, annual maintenance fees, notices of intent to locate (NOITL), processing mining claim forfeiture letters, and answering calls from the public. Training of new full-time BLM employees is also included in the scope of this project. This work will also facilitate the efficient processing of mining claims for critical minerals as outlined in Presidential Memorandum-"Simplifying the Funding of Energy Infrastructure and Critical Mineral and Material Projects."
