Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Large capital project experience, mining infra preferred (e.g., process plants, leach pads).
• Strong knowledge of project management techniques, controls, governance and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding safety record with demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of mining capital projects ensuring design, construction and commissioning meet safety, environmental, permitting, schedule and budget requirements.
• Evaluate and prioritize projects, align with corporate capital spend criteria and manage backlog.
• Oversee the AFE process and act as internal quality control for project delivery.
• Identify, mitigate, monitor and respond to project risks; communicate progress to sponsors.
• Maintain site capital project register and support operations budget submittals.
• Ensure capital stewardship by tracking spend and managing cost and schedule.
