Job summary

Barrick Mining Corporation is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead all engineering activities across North America projects. The role oversees studies through detailed design and construction support, ensuring safety, constructability and cost-effectiveness in line with project objectives.

You will manage internal teams and external EPCM partners and ensure regulatory compliance. Based in Elko, Nevada with time at BGNA project sites, you will drive constructability reviews, risk management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required/seeking PE preferred.
• Strong technical leadership with construction-focused judgment.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
• Working knowledge of North American codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical oversight across engineering activities.
• Lead delivery across process, mechanical, civil/structural, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
• Manage consultants and EPC/EPCM partners; supervise budgets and schedules.
• Ensure designs comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide field engineering support during construction and commissioning.
• Develop and lead the site-based engineering team with clear reporting to project leadership.
