Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC, invites an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join Obstetrics & Gynecology as a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgical APP. The role combines first assist in pelvic surgeries with perioperative care in hospital and clinic settings.

You will collaborate with a team of four physicians and four APPs, cover multiple operating rooms across locations, and participate in advanced minimally invasive pelvic surgery.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited PA or NP program and eligibility to practice in NC.
• Current prescriptive privileges and DEA license required.
• BLS for healthcare providers (AHA) required.
• Physician Assistants with NC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• First assist in advanced pelvic surgery.
• Clinic for pre-ops, post-ops, and new patients.
• Collaborate with surgeons and APPs in a gynecologic specialty.
