Job summary

Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgical APP to support obstetrics and gynecology services. The role combines first-assist duties in pelvic surgery with perioperative care in hospital and clinic environments, across multiple sites in the Charlotte area.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year surgical APP experience, NC PA/NP licensure with DEA, and robotic or laparoscopic experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of surgical APP experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited PA or NP program; NC license and prescriptive privileges required.
• Current DEA license and BLS for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• First assist in advanced gynecologic surgery, including robotics and laparoscopic cases.
• Clinic for pre-ops, post-ops, and new patients; perioperative care in hospital and clinic settings.
• Collaborate with surgeons and APPs in a gynecologic specialty; participate in OR coverage across locations.
