AAGL, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated BC/BE Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to join a busy women’s health group in Gig Harbor, WA. This physician will work out of St. Anthony Hospital, performing surgical procedures using advanced technologies.

Key responsibilities include managing a high patient volume from day one and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates must have an MD or DO and complete residency in OB/GYN, with a focus on MIGS. The position offers a supportive environment with a commitment to quality patient care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, Board Certified or board eligible (must become BC within first two years of employment).
• Completion of OB/GYN residency and advanced fellowship training program in MIGS.
• Washington State medical license required at time of employment.

Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon – Gig Harbor, Washington

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health seeks a highly motivated, skilled BC/BE MIGS physician to join a busy women’s health group in Gig Harbor, WA.

Responsibilities

The physician will be based at St. Anthony Hospital in Gig Harbor and work alongside another MIGS provider. Key duties include:

• Perform minimally invasive gynecologic surgical procedures using DaVinci robots and Acessa technology
• Manage own surgical practice and maintain high patient volume from day one
• Participate in 1:2 rotation call for own practice and occasional 4–5 times per month hospital call covering St. Anthony and St. Clare Hospitals
• Collaborate with 24/7 anesthesia coverage and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain surgical volume and quality metrics for the women’s health group

Qualifications

• MD or DO, Board Certified or board eligible (must become BC within first two years of employment)
• Completion of OB/GYN residency and advanced fellowship training program in MIGS
• Washington State medical license required at time of employment
• DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Health Providers certification by the American Heart Association
