Job Summary and Responsibilities

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, a part of the Pacific Northwest Division of CommonSpirit, is actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board Certified or Board Eligible MIGS physician to join our esteemed team in Gig Harbor, WA.

Position Overview: A well-established and busy physician and midwife women's health group located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. The group consists of 1 Gyn Surgeon, 1 GYN ARNP, and 2 GYN PA's. We provide evidence‑based women's healthcare services to Gig Harbor and surrounding communities. The new physician will be based at St. Anthony Hospital in Gig Harbor and will join one other MIGS provider. St. Anthony Hospital is a Level III Trauma Center with 24/7 anesthesia coverage, two DaVinci robots plus Acessa. Call responsibilities include your own practice call (approximately 1:2 rotation) and occasional hospital call (4-5 times per month, may include St. Clare Hospital).

Candidate must be hardworking, compassionate, and dedicated to superior patient care in a high‑volume setting.

Qualifications / Requirements

• MD or DO, Board Certified/Board Eligible (must become BC within the first two years of employment)
• Completion of OB/GYN residency and advanced fellowship training program
• Washington State medical license required at time of employment
• DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Health Providers certification by the American Heart Association
