Job summary

HCA Florida Lehigh Hospital in Lehigh Acres, FL is seeking a US board-certified gynecologic surgeon with Minimally Invasive Surgery expertise to join our expanding Gynecology and MIS practice. The ideal candidate will have an active Florida medical license, 2–5 years of experience, and no obstetrics duties.

Qualifications

• US board certification in Gynecology and Minimally Invasive Surgery.
• Active Florida medical license.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in gynecologic surgery.
• MIS fellowship preferred but will consider heavy MIS experience.
• No obstetrics duties.
• ER call for GYN patients (paid).
• Excellent communication and collaborative approach.
• Gynecologic Oncology backup available; plans to build Gyn/Gyn Onc practice in the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide gynecologic surgical care with focus on minimally invasive techniques.
• Collaborate with gynecologic oncology backup and other departments as needed.
• Participate in ER call coverage for gynecologic patients (paid).
