Qualifications

• Demonstrates automotive repair knowledge and ability to follow dealer standards.
• High CSI (customer satisfaction) is essential.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per dealer standards.
• Supervise any apprentice technicians as assigned.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
