Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in an automotive parts dept.
• One year of sales experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts, suggest companion requirements, offer specials, and ensure exposure to full product line.
• Pull purchases from stock or determine availability; submit emergency orders if requested.
• Answer phone calls with price quotes and other information; assist outside sales reps with orders.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick up.
• Verify will call and back order files; stock items as needed; solicit assigned accounts by phone.
• Be friendly, professional and efficient with customers in person and on the phone.
