Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as automotive technician or trainee.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-specific software.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and to standards.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, and drivability systems.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and manufacturer technology platforms.
• Perform vehicle inspections and identify additional maintenance or repair needs.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and teammates for a seamless client experience.
• Provide accurate estimates for additional repairs and maintenance.
• Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.
• Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs for quality.
• Maintain manufacturer certifications and stay current with evolving automotive technologies.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performance team environment.

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, and drivability systems
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, special service equipment, and manufacturer technology platforms

Perform vehicle inspections and identify additional maintenance or repair needs

Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and teammates to ensure a seamless client experience

Provide accurate estimates for additional repairs and maintenance recommendations

Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications

Test-drive vehicles and verify completed repairs for quality assurance

Maintain manufacturer certifications and stay current with evolving automotive technologies

Contribute to a positive, high-performance team environment focused on excellence and accountability
