Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of automotive technician experience or trainee
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, and drivability systems.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, special service equipment, and manufacturer technology platforms.
• Maintain manufacturer certifications and stay current with evolving automotive technologies.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performance team environment focused on excellence and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, and drivability systems
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, special service equipment, and manufacturer technology platforms
• Perform vehicle inspections and identify additional maintenance or repair needs
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and teammates to ensure a seamless client experience
• Provide accurate estimates for additional repairs and maintenance recommendations
• Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
• Test-drive vehicles and verify completed repairs for quality assurance
• Maintain manufacturer certifications and stay current with evolving automotive technologies
• Contribute to a positive, high-performance team environment focused on excellence and accountability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician or technician trainee preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-specific software
• Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to continuously learn and grow
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
