Job summary

Autobahn Imports LP in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Service Advisor to ensure client satisfaction with our luxury dealership services. You will guide clients through vehicle service decisions, collaborate with technicians, and uphold our high standards of hospitality.

Qualified candidates bring engineering or automotive experience, a professional appearance, a proactive, team-oriented mindset, and a valid driver’s license; background checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and performing vehicle inspections and repair order recommendations.
• Consulting technicians about needed repairs and presenting clients with repair options to maintain the vehicle per OEM recommendations.
• Answering client questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary.
• Presenting clients with insurance and warranty options for better coverage and potential savings.
• Overseeing and managing the service center’s scheduling and workflow.
• Informing clients of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up.
