Job summary

The Whitley in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an Honor Bar Attendant for a part-time, on-site role. You will manage guest mini-bars, post charges to rooms, and maintain bar cleanliness during guest stays.

Ideal candidates are organized, flexible, and capable of problem solving with strong verbal and written communication. This position contributes to a high standard of guest service in Buckhead’s luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Requires organization and flexibility and a problem solving approach to all duties.
• Ability to be mobile for significant distances within the property.

Responsibilities

• Inventory all guest mini-bars daily and post charges to the room before departure.
• Clean the mini-bars on a regular basis and keep them stocked.
• Inspect equipment and report repairs to Engineering; maintain stocked inventory of mini-bar items.
• Stock the mini-bar cart and ensure rounds are completed; comply with attendance rules.
