Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts in Buckhead seeks a meticulous mini-bar attendant to ensure guests receive a fully stocked, well-maintained minibar throughout their stay. You will post charges to rooms and keep the cart replenished, contributing to a seamless guest experience.

The role requires strong organizational skills, flexibility, and clear verbal and written communication to coordinate with engineering and front-desk teams.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and stock mini-bars daily and charge rooms accordingly.
• Clean minibar items and cart; inspect equipment and report issues to Engineering.
• Maintain a fully stocked minibar inventory and replenish items.
• Stock the minibar cart to complete rounds and respond to guest requests.
• Adhere to attendance policies and perform other related duties as assigned.

NoOverviewProvide guests with a fully-stocked and well-maintained mini-bar on a consistent basis throughout their stay.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInventory all guest mini-bars on a daily basis and post the appropriate charges to the room prior to guest departure.Clean the mini-bars on a regular basis.Inspect all equipment and ensure excellent working condition.
