HEI Hotels & Resorts in Atlanta, GA invites you to join our Guest Services team as a Mini-Bar Attendant. You will be responsible for stocking, inventory, and charging mini-bars for guests staying at our Buckhead property, ensuring items are refreshed and billed accurately throughout the guest stay.

The role emphasizes organization, reliability, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction, with opportunities for growth within HEI’s luxury hotel network and access to comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires organization and flexibility and a problem solving approach to all duties.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to be mobile for significant distances within building on the property with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Inventory all guest mini-bars on a daily basis and post the appropriate charges to the room prior to guest departure.
• Clean the mini-bars on a regular basis.
• Inspect all equipment and inform Engineering staff if repairs are needed.
• Maintain a fully stocked inventory of all mini-bar items.
• Stock the mini-bar cart with necessary items to complete rounds.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

Overview

Provide guests with a fully-stocked and well-maintained mini-bar on a consistent basis throughout their stay.

• Inspect all equipment and ensure excellent working condition. If repairs are needed inform the *Engineering Staff.
• Maintain a fully stocked inventory of all mini-bar items.
• Stock the mini-bar cart with necessary items in order to complete rounds
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
