The Mini Bar Attendant on the Food and Beverage team at Conrad Indianapolis is responsible for restocking mini‑bars, accurately preparing guest checks, ensuring equipment functions properly, and maintaining cleanliness of mini‑bar areas to provide a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Restock mini bars: take inventory and replenish items using the handheld POS system while verifying product expiration dates.
• Prepare guest checks with care: accurately document and process mini‑bar usage for proper billing.
• Keep equipment running smoothly: perform regular checks to confirm mini bars are functioning properly and report or address any operational issues.
• Maintain cleanliness: clean and organize mini bars to ensure guest satisfaction.
