Mini Bar Attendant (Full-Time) - Conrad Indianapolis

Position Details

• Classification: Full-Time
• Shift: Typically 10AM to 5PM; availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays required.

Pay Rate: $16/hour plus tips and full benefits.

Responsibilities

The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for replenishing mini bars, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent guest service to promote guest satisfaction and hotel profitability. Key duties include:

• Taking inventory and restocking mini bars with current systems
• Verifying product dates and preparing guest checks
• Inspecting mini bars for functionality and cleanliness
• Stocking and maintaining the mini bar cart
• Unloading and storing orders from the storeroom
• Disposing of trash, organizing the workspace, and exchanging glasses and utensils
• Operating carts on guest floors, greeting guests, and responding to requests promptly and courteously
