Conrad Indianapolis is looking for a Full-Time Minibar Attendant to join our food & beverage team! This is an opportunity to grow your career within a Fortune 500 company and a luxury brand.

As the city's first true luxury hotel and only Forbes recommended hotel in the state, this 23-story tower has 241 rooms, 15,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 3 food & beverage outlets: The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in-room dining.

Shift: Typically 10AM to 5PM – availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays required.

The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for replenishing Mini Bars and maintaining inventory to ensure outstanding guest service and profitability.

Responsibilities include:
  • Replenishing and restocking Mini Bars using current systems
  • Verifying product dating and preparing guest checks
  • Inspecting Mini Bars for functionality and cleanliness
  • Stocking and maintaining the Mini Bar cart
  • Unloading and storing orders from the storeroom
  • Disposing of trash, straightening the office, making keys, exchanging glasses/utensils, as needed
  • Greet guests and respond to requests promptly and courteously
