Job summary

The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas is looking for a Mini Bar Attendant to keep room minibars stocked, assist guests with friendly service, and support smooth housekeeping operations. You will maintain inventory, complete worksheets, and help with routine storage tasks to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in guest service.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain predetermined inventory in each guest room’s mini bar.
• Maintain, track and complete daily worksheet for mini bar stock.
• Properly complete, maintain and track inventory in assigned storerooms.
• Maintain and complete assigned floors and rooms requesting mini-bar service.
• Report mini-bar concerns to management including any guest issues.
