Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Mini Bar Attendant to stock in-room mini bars and ensure guest comfort with a friendly smile. You will help create memorable stays that guests remember long after checkout, while keeping accurate stock and daily worksheets.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of guest service experience, are at least 21, and can work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in guest service preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older required.
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain predetermined inventory in each guest room’s mini bar.
• Maintain, track and complete daily worksheet for mini bar stock.
• Properly complete, maintain and track inventory in assigned storerooms.
• Maintain and complete assigned floors and rooms requesting mini-bar service.
• Report mini-bar concerns to management including any guest issues.
