Job summary

Thompson Palm Springs, part of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, is seeking a guest services-forward team member to maintain mini bars and guest-room refresh services in its luxury resort setting.

You will restock and rotate mini bar products, post charges accurately, and ensure clean, presentable setups while supporting inventory and maintenance reporting. This on-site role emphasizes hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age (required by California law to handle alcoholic beverages).
• Previous experience working at a hotel/restaurant preferred.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

Responsibilities

• Restock, rotate, and organize all mini bar products in guest rooms according to brand standards.
• Accurately post charges for consumed items and reconcile daily inventory.
• Ensure all mini bar areas and equipment are clean, operational, and well-presented.
• Report any maintenance or product issues.
• Maintain an organized storage area and assist with monthly inventory counts.
