Job summary

Thompson Palm Springs Resort is seeking a Seasonal Mini-Bar Attendant to maintain and replenish guestroom mini bars, ensuring items are stocked, clean, and presented. You will manage daily inventory, post charges to guest folios, and uphold cleanliness standards in the mini bar areas.

This temporary position runs through Memorial Day 2027 and may end earlier or be extended based on business needs. $18.50 hourly rate; nonexempt position with benefits as described.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age (required by California law to handle alcoholic beverages).
• Previous experience working at a hotel/restaurant preferred.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

Responsibilities

• Restock, rotate, and organize all mini bar products in guest rooms according to brand standards.
• Accurately post charges for consumed items and reconcile daily inventory.
• Ensure all mini bar areas and equipment are clean, operational, and well-presented.
• Report any maintenance or product issues.
• Maintain an organized storage area and assist with monthly inventory counts.

Thompson Palm Springs Resort is seeking an engaging and hospitality-driven Seasonal Mini-Bar Attendant to join our team!

As a Seasonal Mini-Bar Attendant, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and replenishing guestroom mini bars, ensuring that every item — from snacks to spirits — is perfectly stocked, clean, and presented. You’ll manage daily inventory, accurately post charges to guest folios, and uphold the standards of cleanliness and organization of the Mini Bar. Additional duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Restock, rotate, and organize all mini bar products in guest rooms according to brand standards.
• Accurately post charges for consumed items and reconcile daily inventory.
• Ensure all mini bar areas and equipment are clean, operational, and well-presented.
• Report any maintenance or product issues.

This is a temporary position anticipated to continue through Memorial Day 2027. The assignment may end earlier or be extended based on business needs and does not create a guarantee of employment for any specific duration.

This is a nonexempt (hourly) role. The budgeted rate for this role is $18.50. This is the hourly ratefor this position that Thompson Palm Springsreasonably expectsto pay. Decisions regarding individual hourly rates will be based ona number offactors includingexperience,and education.
