Santa Fe Energy in Dallas is seeking a Mineral Buyer to join our acquisitions team. You will work with the Director of Investor Relations and Business Development to identify mineral and royalty owners across West Texas and move conversations toward a purchase.

The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of acquisition or sales experience, strong communication skills, and a high work ethic. Bachelor's degree required; willingness to relocate to Dallas or reside nearby is expected.

• Resilience to handle rejection and persist through a call list.

Responsabilidades

• Call and email mineral and royalty owners across West Texas and the Permian Basin to originate acquisition opportunities.
• Qualify owner interest, gather ownership information, and advance conversations toward a purchase offer.
• Maintain accurate call notes, contact records, and deal status in CRM M1neral.
• Research court records and other public information to confirm ownership.
• Support the negotiation and closing of agreements, including assisting with due diligence.
• Coordinate with Title Team and Legal Team in negotiation and closing of deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners and brokers for future sales.
• Provide direct support to the Director of Investor Relations and Business Development on various initiatives.
