Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years mining operations or heavy equipment experience.
• 5+ years in instructor, trainer, coach, or workforce development.
• Valid Driver License.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, deliver, and evaluate classroom, field, simulator, and on-the-job training.
• Train and qualify operators on haul trucks, drills, loaders, shovels, dozers, graders, and support equipment.
• Conduct practical evaluations, observations, ride-alongs, audits, and qualification assessments.
• Support MSHA compliance and site-specific requirements.
• Maintain training records, qualification framework, and training hours information.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development recommendations.
• Identify training gaps and implement safety/productivity improvements.
• Assist in developing and reviewing procedures, work instructions, and operating standards.
• Support MineStar and fleet management system training.
