Capstone Copper's Pinto Valley operation in Globe, AZ is seeking a Mine Services Supervisor to lead the shift’s support production equipment and ensure compliance with the plan, performance and design specs. The role supervises Mine Technicians and coordinates safety talks, drill pad prep and haulage planning.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years mining experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role overseeing 8–15 direct reports, with copper operation exposure preferred; the schedule is 7 on, 7

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of mining experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience supervising 8–15 direct reports.
• Knowledge of drill-blast-load-haul open pit mining sequence.
• Copper operation exposure preferred.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise Mine Technicians and coordinate daily shift work.
• Oversee berm heights, safety talks and line-out activities.
• Manage pump, haul road and facility tasks and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with plans, performance and design specs.
