Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience supporting mining, remote-site, or industrial operations.
• Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Site Services employees and contractors, setting priorities and coverage.
• Oversee accommodations, transportation, site access, facilities, and office services.
• Ensure prompt handling of Site Services requests and issues.
• Manage workforce mobilizations, onboarding, shutdowns, and events.
• Uphold safety, health, and environmental standards across site services.
• Develop and manage the Site Services budget and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Safety, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Identify improvements to efficiency, cost control, and employee experience.
