Job summary

Springer Mine and Milling Complex in Imlay, NV, is seeking a Site Services Superintendent to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of site services onsite. You will oversee employees, contractors, facilities, logistics, and admin systems supporting daily operations.

Collaborate with Operations, HR, Health & Safety, and Finance to ensure safe, efficient service delivery within budget. Role requires strong leadership and budget management in a mining environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in site services, facilities, logistics, or operational support.
• Minimum 3 years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Mining/remote-site operations experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing contracts, procurement, and departmental budgets.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet site access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of Site Services on site.
• Oversee accommodations, transportation, facilities, and site support delivery.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and alignment with budget and operational needs.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and service providers with performance oversight.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Safety, Supply Chain, and Finance on site requirements.
