Careermine seeks a Laborer for the Springer site in Imlay, Nevada. The role involves general labor, material handling, and support for construction and maintenance activities at an underground mining operation.

You will assist technicians, contractors, and site teams, maintain clean and safe work areas, and follow all safety procedures. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with valid driver’s license potentially required.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, mining, or industrial operations is an asset.
• Experience with basic hand and power tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• General Site Support: Perform general labor duties in support of construction, maintenance, and site activities.
• Material Handling: Load, unload, move, and stage tools, materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Construction & Maintenance Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks under supervision.
• Equipment & Tool Care: Inspect and maintain tools and equipment.
• Health, Safety & Environment: Follow safety policies and participate in required trainings.
• Team Support: Follow supervisor guidance and work with teammates.
