Job summary

Qualifications

• General maintenance and repair skills including painting, drywall repair, and basic carpentry.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC support knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance and repairs across mine facilities and housing.
• Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment and power tools.
• Inspect and repair irrigation, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
• Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal and weather prep.
• Assist with setup and teardown of temporary infrastructure and project equipment.
• Document tasks and report work status in CMMS or equivalent system.
