Job summary

Blue Moon Metals Inc. is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee day-to-day security operations at the Springer Tungsten Mine in Imlay, NV. You will lead the security team and coordinate access, patrols, and incident response to protect employees, visitors, and assets.

Collaborate with Health & Safety and site leadership to promote a safe, secure, and compliant work environment, while driving continuous program improvements and staff development.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; related advanced study preferred.
• 3–5 years security or supervisory experience in mining/industrial settings.
• Valid driver’s license and state security licenses.
• Ability to pass background, medical, and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the site security team across shifts.
• Manage site access, visitor control, and contractor entry.
• Conduct routine patrols and inspections for safety and security.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents; coordinate with emergency services.
• Investigate incidents and maintain records.
• Coordinate incident command with Emergency Mine Response Team.
• Promote security training and performance coaching.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support preparedness drills and business continuity.
• Collaborate with Health & Safety to maintain a safe workplace.
• Identify improvements to strengthen security programs.
