Iron Senergy is looking for a skilled manager to oversee the workforce on Continuous Miner Sections in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. The role requires compliance with safety regulations and effective management of employees to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Must have PA State Assistant Mine Foreman Certification or PA State Mine Foreman Certification.
• Ability to communicate, manage, motivate, and train.
• Must have working knowledge of Federal and State Laws, UMWA Contract and Company Policies.
• Must be able to read, understand, and use engineering maps, drawings, and plans.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with State and Federal laws and Company policies.
• Ensure safe work performance of assigned workforce.
• Develop crews to achieve company standards and goals.
• Ensure compliance with UMWA contract for area of responsibility.
• Provide detailed verbal and written communication with workforce.
• Complete an accurate daily production and work accomplished report.
• Be ready to plan and coordinate shift responsibilities before the shift starts.
• Responsible for accurate daily payment of all employees under your charge.
• Comply with all assigned safety program elements.
