Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Mine Remediation Lead to be based in the western United States. You will build and lead a Mine Remediation practice, guide business development, and manage project delivery across public and private sector clients.

The role requires major project delivery experience, leadership, and a strong regulatory background, with preference for CERCLA/RCRA exposure. You will mentor staff, ensure safety, and grow a high-performing team within a global infrastructure firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or science with +10 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead mine remediation projects and grow the practice.
• Develop proposals, teams, and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety.
• Coordinate with hydrologists, geochemists, engineers.
