Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mining, metallurgy or related engineering field.
• Experience in mining engineering or related industry preferred.
• Strong planning, scheduling and cost estimation abilities.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Deswik, and data tools is desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform short term mine production planning and scheduling.
• Develop and design mine infrastructure and ventilation.
• Conduct surveying and production quantity calculations; month-end reporting.
• Oversee/coordinate surveys, tests, and cost estimates for projects.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA, environmental rules, and company policies.
• Collaborate with engineers, geologists, and operations staff.
