Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mining or a related technical field is required.
• Experience in mining, metallurgy or mineral processing preferred.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Analytical and statistical abilities for process improvement.
• Proficiency with Deswik, AutoCAD and MS Office; Civil3D is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support short-term mine production planning and scheduling.
• Design and oversee development and infrastructure projects.
• Perform surveying tasks and ensure quality of survey data and records.
• Use Leica total station, robotic total station, and point-cloud data collection.
• Create maps and as-built plans with 2D/3D tools.
• Coordinate with geology, operations and long-range planning.
• Assist with budget preparation, cost estimates, and tracking.
