Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop short-range mine plans (daily to monthly) aligned with quarterly/annual plans.
• Develop daily and weekly schedules including crude ore blending and equipment projections.
• Perform reconciliation and analysis of actual performance versus plan.
• Assess safety, environmental, and plant constraints in planning and scheduling.
• Collaborate with operations to understand constraints and optimize schedules.
• Identify process improvements in plans, designs, and tools.
