Job summary

Tronox Limited is seeking a Mobility Operator within the Production team at Atlas Mine. The role is full-time and permanent, on a shift roster, reporting to the Shift Supervisor. You will operate plant equipment, maintain the Atlas infrastructure corridor, and support road and pipe work tasks.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safe work practices and a team-based approach.
• Competent in forklift operation.
• Experience with routine plant equipment operation.
• Experience in a high-hazard environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Ability to assist other operators/maintainers.
• Ability to complete routine housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant/equipment independently.
• Maintain the infrastructure corridor at Atlas.
• Road building and maintenance.
• Pipe works and related small projects.
• Assist in operations of Atlas Wet Concentrator Plant as required.
• Support team members with tasks.
• Follow procedures in emergencies.
• Complete routine housekeeping.
