Job summary

Liberty Energy is seeking a Mine Operator for a plant-based role with a 7-on / 7-off schedule. The position emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and operation of multiple pieces of equipment on the mine site.

The role includes general housekeeping duties and potential overtime based on facility needs. Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of mine operator experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to understand technical instructions and plant machinery concepts.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience as a utility mine operator.
• Comprehends documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Working knowledge of equipment capabilities and limitations.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• May be required to work overtime, based on business and facility needs.
• Ability to understand technical instructions.
• Ability to understand the basic concepts of plant machinery within wet and dry applications.
• Ability to hatch and un-hatch fleet truck lids in a safe and effective manner.
• Ability to understand the safe workings of machinery, and ability to perform small maintenance tasks.
• General understanding of chemistry used in plant processing.

Responsibilities

• General housekeeping duties such as, but not limited to: Shoveling, Skid steer/small excavator operations, Catwalk cleaning, Baghouse cleaning, Silo cleaning, Shop cleaning.
• Other Duties: duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
