Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant Maintenance supervisory experience.
• Proficient in heavy diesel mechanic systems and repair.
• Experience in equipment/maintenance budget management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure safe, productive maintenance operations.
• Develop and implement asset management strategies and procedures.
• Ensure safety procedures and SOPs are followed in the maintenance department.
• Coach and manage team performance, provide timely feedback and recognition.
• Monitor budgets and manage maintenance costs.
