Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager Mine Maintenance at the Tilden Mine site in Ishpeming, MI to provide leadership and direction within the mine maintenance department.

The role supervises maintenance activities to meet safety and performance targets and to support the company's production goals. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, managing work orders and standards, promoting teamwork, and ensuring compliance with site, federal and state regulations while maintaining cost

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3+ years of heavy equipment maintenance experience.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction within the mine maintenance department to ensure safety and standards.
• Direct, coordinate and motivate personnel to meet performance targets.
• Promote teamwork and clear communication of expectations and tasks.
• Follow Maintenance Process Standards and manage work orders, APLs and inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
