Kinross Bald Mountain mine in Nevada seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a 5+ person crew in safe, efficient maintenance of shovel and drill fleets. You will plan, assign, train, and monitor daily activities in line with Kinross' safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with planning, ensuring availability of parts and tools, maintaining records, and conducting safety talks. Strong leadership and communication required; US work authorization essential.

Qualificações

• Must be able to operate JDE.
• PC skills: word, spreadsheet, database, presentation.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Maintenance, mining/construction preferred.
• Two years' supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure planned maintenance for shovel and drill fleets is executed safely and efficiently.
• Develop maintenance assignments and assign crews to tasks to meet daily goals.
• Supervise crew activities during shifts for safe completion.
• Develop crew skills via training to maximize safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with planning to ensure parts and tools are available before work starts.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and daily schedules.
• Maintain performance logs and ensure timely evaluations.
• Lead a team of 5+ including mechanics, welders, electricians, and laborers.
• Conduct safety talks and ensure compliance with MSHA/CRM requirements.
