Job summary

Sunshine Silver Mining & Refining seeks a Mine Geologist I to support underground mining operations through geological interpretation, data collection, and 3D modeling. You will collaborate with engineering and operations teams to maintain accurate geological information and support drilling programs.

The role requires strong mapping skills, proficiency with Leapfrog Geo, and experience in both field and office environments. MSHA/ATF knowledge and safety focus are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in geology or geological engineering or equivalent.
• Underground experience preferred.
• Strong geologic mapping and sampling skills.

Responsibilities

• Support underground mining operations through geological interpretation and data collection.
• Maintain geological data accuracy and support drilling programs.
• Provide geologic input to daily operations and long-term planning.
