Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. in Eveleth, MN is seeking a Mine Engineering Manager to lead mine planning and engineering across Minnesota operations, driving safety, productivity, and cost efficiency. Weekly travel to mine sites is required.

The role oversees budgets, capital projects, and continuous improvement while guiding engineering and operations teams to meet targets and ensure compliance with policies and bargaining agreements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mine Engineering or closely related field.
• 8–10 years of leadership experience in mine planning, mine engineering, or mining operations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain ATF certification.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results.

• Lead the development and execution of short- and long-range mine plans and budgets.
