Job summary

J.M. Huber Corporation seeks an EHS Specialist to support Marble Hill mine and related operations, ensuring MSHA and environmental compliance. You will develop programs, conduct inspections, and mentor staff across sites.

The role involves coordinating with leadership and contractors, performing risk assessments, and driving corrective actions to reduce risk and improve safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant safety/engineering field is required.
• Minimum two years of EHS experience in mining/manufacturing.
• MSHA Part 48 training knowledge and field inspection ability.
• Ability to coordinate with operations, regulatory agencies and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational EHS support for underground mine and surface operations.
• Develop and improve EHS programs, procedures, training, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Lead investigations of incidents and assist with corrective actions.
• Support regulatory reporting and environmental compliance programs.
