Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales Associate in Santa Monica, CA to support the brand through exceptional guest experiences, product knowledge, and community involvement. The role emphasizes teamwork, personal connection, and a proactive approach to achieving store goals.

This part-time, non-exempt position requires mobility, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work during the Blackout period. The compensation includes base pay and potential bonus opportunities as part of the rewards

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Impact the store environment positively in line with goals.
• Lead Flow initiatives to drive sales, optimize productivity.
• Engage with customers to provide a friendly, easy-to-shop experience.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to drive results and address gaps.
• Ensure sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives as needed.
• Educate guests on store goals, initiatives, product launches, and policies.
• Introduce all facets of the ALO business model to customers.
