This full-time role partners with Operations and Visual teams to optimize budgets, inventory, and guest service standards. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in client-centric sales, proven leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience on the floor with product education and coaching.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; implement action plans.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager on reporting, budgets, and inventory.
• Recruit and develop Sales & Service staff; supervise cashiers.
