Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Mind & Memory Care Director who will oversee all components of the Memory Care environment, recruiting and training the team, scheduling, and ensuring care services meet cognitive-impairment needs. This role collaborates with the Resident Care Director to implement resident plans and improve outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years memory care experience, leadership abilities, and certifications in dementia care.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree in a health science related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong supervisory, leadership and management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to relate to a diverse population.

Aufgaben

• Provide supervision, coaching, recognition, engagement and performance evaluations for all Harbor Resident Care Associates.
• Schedule staff for 24/7 service delivery with Memory Care Program and monitor labor hours against budget.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach and develop memory care staff to ensure highest caliber team.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement care and services for residents with cognitive impairment; drive dementia care initiatives.
• Partner with Resident Care Director to ensure services align with resident service plans.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families.
