Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a MIM Operations Manager to lead day-to-day Metal Injection Molding production and serve as the technical leader for MIM processes within the organization. This role bridges operations and engineering to ensure output meets quality, delivery, and cost expectations.

The incumbent will own technical execution, team development, and work with the Metallurgist and customers to drive successful project outcomes, reporting to the Director of Engineering.

Qualifications

• Should have technical degree or related.
• Strong expertise in MIM Processing (feedstock, molding, debinding, sintering).
• Should have some leadership skills of technical personnel.
• Understanding of metallurgical and materials principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day MIM production operations and serve as technical leader for MIM processes across the organization.
• Bridge operations and engineering to ensure production execution meets quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Oversee a team of technical experts, including Sr. Process Engineer, and partner with the Metallurgist and customers to drive project execution.
